In the event that you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, there will be a cancellation fee of $25. This is provided your order has not been started. Unfortunately, your order cannot be cancelled once production is started.
We hope you are satisfied with your job. In the event that something has happened and you are less than satisfied, please remember that all claims, returns, and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt. Any claims after 15 days will result in a full charge. If you have approved your job for print, no refund or exchange will be made unless it is a print quality issue. All refunds will be in store-credit and must be used within 30 days.
